Whether you have a sample or even a simple sketch, our experienced Engineers can help solve your problem quickly and cost effectively.
Our tooling can be modified to form many combinations of sizes to suit your needs. Our in house Tool room uses a combination of traditional toolmaking processes and CAD technology which can provide tooling in as little as a couple of weeks.
Our manufacturing processes include single and multi stage cavity press tooling to accommodate low and high production runs
Materials available include:
- Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals such as Mild Steel, Spring Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper, and Brass.
- Plastics including Nylon, Acetal, Polyethylene, PVC, Polypropylene and Teflon; in a variety of colours.
- EPDM rubber and Neoprene, Bakelite, Fibre sheet and Gasket materials.
We can handle any diameter and thicknesses ranging up to 20mm in Mild Steel and 16mm in Hardened Steel.
We can co-ordinate any special requirements such as plating finishes or heat treatment. Parts are then packed and shipped in the same way as our standard products, using our efficient distribution network.
